If you choose to avail our service, here are some terms and conditions that you must adhere to –
- Once design content is approved by you, no further changes will be made except for additional payment, as this will entail additional time & effort.
- Delay in response/inputs from you may lead to delays/hampering of work.
- Force Majeure clause – Non-performance by Liltweb hereunder, other than an obligation to pay money, shall be excused to the extent that performance is rendered impossible by strike, fire, flood, governmental acts, orders or restrictions, acts of God, or any other reason to the extent that the failure to perform is beyond the control of Liltweb. Exclusions
- You will need to provide all relevant information for Digital Marketing.
- You will need to provide all the credentials for all gateways (Payment, SMS, Email.)
- You will need to provide all relevant information & photographs.
- You will need to provide all the credentials for accounts required to start and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Our service charges are exclusive of any charges/expenses which may need to be incurred on behalf of the client for the purposes of Facebook Boosting, Instagram Promotion, PPC, Google Ads, etc
Indemnity
If you choose to avail our service, you hereby expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liltweb’s owners, its principals, officers, employees, and contractors against all suits, actions, claims, demands, or costs of any kind to which they may be subject arising or resulting at any time or place from anything done or omitted to be done by Liltweb in connection with this project.
Lawful Purpose
You will use Liltweb’s services only for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any National, State, or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, pornographic, profane, or material protected by trade secrets. This also includes links or any connection to such materials.
